2 packages of cream cheese 1 pint of whipping cream
½ cup of sugar 2 tsp of vanilla
1 cup of graham wafer crumbs 3 tbsp melted butter
Mix cream cheese and ¼ cup of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla until smooth.
In separate bowl whip whipping cream and the rest of the sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla until stiff.
Fold the whipping cream mixture with the cream cheese mixture.
In a bowl mix the graham wafer crumbs with butter
put into a spring form pan and press until flat and firm
Pour your melt in your mouth cheesecake mixture onto the graham wafer crust.
Add a topping of your choice
